Some concerns need more room than a traditional therapy hour can provide.
Intensive Deep-Dive Sessions are extended 90- to 120-minute sessions for individuals or couples who want focused time to explore a complex issue without having to stop just as the important part begins.
These sessions are especially useful when there are multiple layers to untangle, a major relationship decision to work through, a recurring pattern that needs closer examination, or a situation that feels too complicated to fit neatly into a standard session.
Rather than rushing toward a quick solution, we slow the process down enough to understand what is actually happening underneath the surface.
Deep-Dive Sessions may focus on:
Relationship crises or major decision points
Infidelity or betrayal
Chronic conflict or recurring patterns
Sexual or intimacy concerns
ENM or relationship-structure decisions
Trauma and relationship intersections
Family-of-origin dynamics
Complex emotional or relational situations
Clarifying what you want before making a major change
These sessions are structured, focused, and collaborative. They are designed to create more space for exploration, pattern-mapping, and clarity when a standard session does not feel like enough.
Deep-Dive Sessions are short-term and self-pay only.

Not every relationship problem requires both people in the room.
Individual therapy can be a place to understand the patterns that shape how you connect, protect yourself, choose partners, set boundaries, respond to conflict, experience intimacy, and make sense of yourself inside relationships.
You may be navigating attachment wounds, complicated family-of-origin dynamics, relational trauma, identity shifts, sexuality, betrayal, difficult relationship decisions, or patterns that keep repeating even when you understand them intellectually.
Therapy can also help when anxiety, burnout, overthinking, shame, or old emotional wounds are affecting the way you show up in your relationships and in your own life.
Our work is not just about symptom relief. It is about helping you understand what sits underneath the pattern, what keeps it going, and what needs to change for you to feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself.
Common focus areas include:
Attachment and relationship patterns
Boundaries and people-pleasing
Family-of-origin dynamics
Relational and sexual trauma
Identity and sexuality
Betrayal and trust injuries
Relationship decision-making
Shame and self-worth
Anxiety and emotional regulation
Major life and relationship transitions

Trauma does not always stay in the past.
It can shape how safe you feel with other people, how you respond to conflict, what happens when someone gets too close, how you experience sex and intimacy, how you set boundaries, and what you believe you have to do to stay connected or protected.
Complex trauma may come from childhood experiences, sexual trauma, unstable or unsafe relationships, addiction within the family system, repeated betrayal, coercive dynamics, emotional neglect, or other experiences that changed the way you learned to relate to yourself and others.
Therapy helps make sense of the connection between what happened then and what is happening now.
Our work may explore patterns of hypervigilance, shutdown, shame, emotional reactivity, dissociation, difficulty trusting, fear of abandonment, avoidance of intimacy, repeated relationship patterns, or feeling caught between wanting closeness and needing distance.
The goal is not to erase your history. It is to help you understand it well enough that it no longer has to quietly run your relationships for you.
Common focus areas include:
Complex and developmental trauma
Sexual trauma
Attachment injuries
Relational trauma and betrayal
Shame and identity
Emotional regulation
Boundaries and safety
Intimacy after trauma
Trauma-related sexual concerns
Repeating relationship patterns
Family-of-origin wounds
Rebuilding trust in yourself and others
